Cic’s quality assurance scheme for compost
In 2003, CIC launched the CIC Compost Quality Label, a voluntary certification scheme that verifies the quality of compost produced by member facilities through continuous product assessment, ensuring compliance with high-quality standards for composted soil improvers.
Guaranteeing biodegradability and compostability of materials and products
In 2006, CIC introduced the CIC Compostability Label, designed to certify the industrial compostability of biodegradable products and packaging, ensuring they can be effectively processed in industrial biological treatment facilities.
