The Structure of our organization
The Assembly is made up of directors and legal representatives of associate members; thus all the members are represented. The Assembly has the following functions:
- To elect the President of the Assembly;
- To elect the members of the Board of Governors and the Auditing Body, and to revoke their mandate;
- To evaluate, control and approve the programme of activities of the Board of Governors and the Technical Committee;
- To pass the budgets;
- To deliberate upon the exclusion of Members, approve the Regulations and their possible modification;
- To decide the annual contribution for the running of the Association and possible variations in the reserve fund of the Association and its amount

| The Board of Governors is composed of nine members, one of whom is President and another Vice-President. They are elected for three years and can be re-elected. President Vice-Presidents Councillors Director Segreteria CIC

| Technical Council | |
| The Technical Council is an advisory body composed of technical experts nominated by the members, who are appointed for three years. The President of the Technical Council is the President of the Board of Governors or is delegated by him. The members of the Technical Council vote to elect their own representatives to the Technical Committee. The Council is the assembly of technicians where general technical issues relating to the composting sector are discussed. It has the following functions:

| The Technical Committee is made up of thirteen members, one of whom is elected as Co-ordinator by a majority of members of the Technical Committee. The members are elected according to the following conditions:
